Globetrotting is an addiction what I believe. Being a globetrotter I look for fascinating features of people and places while travelling. One such is watching roadside stalls laced with delectable mouth watering cuisines. Air laced with several flavors lure passersby & they crave to taste some. As it is a well known fact that if one wanted to learn about a country, best way is to check its culture & cuisines. And if one wanted to be friendly, then the great way is to relish one's taste buds with the country's local cuisines.
Picturesque array of stalls landscaping the roadsides, especially in the Asian countries are worth in creating an indelible mark in the visitors' mind making the experience as an unforgettable journey in life.

Tabemono Fiesta | Japan (Asa-Kusa | Tokyo) |
Japan as a country surprises its tourists holding onto it's
tradition & high-tech modern outlook. While in Japan, one comes across a variety of culinary dishes. Subtle in tastes, rich in dietary nutrients.
Prefectures on the seaside offers freshly cooked sea foods, very authentic satiating the taste buds. Raw, steamed, fried variety of crabs, scallops, squids, oysters, prawn & shrimps, grilled fishes are offered from Michi-no-Eki (roadside stations) in Japan.
Osaka is the birth place of classic Japanese street foods. The country has much more attraction for tourists in street food variety available during festivals and at shrines. Savory pancakes, octopus balls, fried noodles, ramen, grilled chicken skewers, are sold widely even in the Capital city, Tokyo.
Relishing authentic Japanese street foods while touring across Japan enriches visitors, informing ways to help survive a country's cultural tradition even in a high tech world of modern time.
Japan & Japanese people made me awestruck with its unique fervor of country's traditions and modernity by acquiring both and not creating a mixture of the two. For they know in their hearts of heart that the twine can never meet but, can be acquired individually & appreciated at the same time
